This particular vehicle is a 2012 Nissan Quest that had a rock thrown thru the drivers side window and while doing the replacement we had encountered that the window regulator wire had jumped off the track (plastic wheel) making the window not roll up and down properly after the replacement was performed. It is common from time to time that during a break in the window regulator can be damaged causing additional work or parts needed to be able to properly restore the window back to working order. This window took us an extra 40 minutes to fix the regulator and we were able to salvage the existing part without having to replace the regulator. Most companies would give us and just tell you it needs a new regulator but we won’t do that. We go above and beyond most companies to ensure our customers are happy and their problems are solved when we are finished. Below are some pictures that will show us replacing the door glass and fixing the regulator cable. On this Nissan Quest Van you can notice the window regulator mechanism is a cable system.
